The study, which analyses high-end housing prices across the country, highlights that Mallorca, along with Ibiza and the Costa del Sol, leads the listings of luxury housing in Spain. Specifically, Costa d'En Blanes appears in the group of areas that surpass the €10,000/m2 threshold, a benchmark only reached by five areas nationwide: in addition to the Mallorcan area, there are Recoletos (€11,111/m2), Castellana (€11,093/m2), Lista (€10,612/m2), and Almagro (€10,582/m2), all in Madrid.
The report notes that the luxury housing market in Spain has gradually grown in recent years, driven by international interest and the demand from 'premium' buyers looking to reside in both major cities and exclusive coastal destinations. In this context, Mallorca has positioned itself as a benchmark, with areas like Costa d'En Blanes attracting both national and foreign investors.

In San Sebastián, the average price in the most expensive areas exceeds €7,000/m2, although it does not reach the levels of Madrid or Mallorca.
