Ford has awarded the 2025 President's Award to Ford Store Palma and Ford Inca, a recognition that celebrates excellence in customer service and service quality. The award was presented at an event in Palma presided over by the CEO of Ford Spain.

The blue oval brand has once again turned its attention to Mallorca to reward excellence. Ford Store Palma and Ford Inca have been distinguished with the 2025 President's Award, one of the most coveted accolades within the network of dealerships of the American firm. The award, which recognises service quality and customer satisfaction, was presented at an event held at the Ford Store Palma premises.

A prize that measures customer satisfaction

The President's Award is not given lightly. It evaluates aspects such as the quality of commercial and after-sales service, customer loyalty, and the commitment of the human team to the brand's values. According to sources from Ford Spain, only dealerships that meet the highest standards in these indicators can qualify for the award, which is given annually.

In this edition, the Mallorca dealerships have managed to stand out among the national network, a merit that the company attributes to the human factor as a differentiating element. The CEO of Ford Spain, Jesús Alonso, emphasised during the ceremony that the key to success lies in the team of professionals who work every day to provide an outstanding brand experience.

Llorenç Abrines, Business Director of the Sales Area, was responsible for collecting the award on behalf of the teams from Ford Store Palma and Ford Inca. In his statements, Abrines expressed his satisfaction with the award and dedicated it to all the workers who make it possible for the brand's customers in Mallorca to receive top-level service.
