The Mallorcan company Grupo Escribano has launched its new headquarters in Palma, a space of 630 square metres that will also house the divisions Titanes Inversores Inmobiliarios and Trasteros Escribano.
Grupo Escribano has begun a new phase with the opening of its offices in Palma, a space of 630 square metres indoors, over 200 square metres of terrace and around 100 parking spaces. The headquarters, located in the Balearic capital, was inaugurated yesterday at an event that brought together representatives from the business and social sectors of the Balearics.
The facilities include five individual offices, two presidential offices, two meeting rooms, a technical room, a kitchen, and areas for work and public service. The integrated smart technology improves access control, security, and daily management, according to the company.
The group, founded nearly 30 years ago and led by its CEO, Javier Escribano, has expanded its activities from the renovation, rehabilitation, and management of buildings to new lines of business. The new headquarters hosts two projects born from its experience: Titanes Inversores Inmobiliarios, directed by Beatriz Hidalgo, and Trasteros Escribano.
Titanes Inversores Inmobiliarios arises from the knowledge accumulated over more than 25 years of renovations and property management, aiming to offer real estate investments based on solidity and trust. Meanwhile, Trasteros Escribano responds to the demand for storage spaces in the centre of Palma. Located at 26 Juan Alcover Street, near the Plaza de España, they offer 68 units ranging from 1 to 4 square metres, with a height of 3.10 metres, access via a personalised code, 24-hour video surveillance, and insurance. The company plans to open a new storage space in Puerto de Andratx soon.
The social aspect of the group is channelled through the Escribano Foundation, created in 2014 and driven by Javier Escribano. The foundation develops charitable projects focused on children, the elderly, and vulnerable groups. Among its initiatives is La despensa del abuel@, which provides food, clothing, and support to elderly people in Mallorca who are in situations of loneliness or economic difficulty. Additionally, the foundation has participated in recent actions such as aid caravans to Ukraine and the response to the DANA in Valencia.
Social agents and personalities from the business sector of the Balearics attended the inauguration event. The exclusive invitation-only event included a raffle for a trip valued at 10,000 euros among the attendees.
With this new headquarters, Grupo Escribano is committed to professionalisation and diversification, maintaining its commitment to the Balearics and its essence of work and trust. The company aims to continue building future projects on the island.
