The Parc de Sa Gravera in Capdepera will host the first edition of N'Aguait Fest on August 29, a microfestival of electronic music with free entry and the participation of the label Aus Music.
The Mallorcan town of Capdepera will be the stage for a new musical event on August 29: N'Aguait Fest. This microfestival, which will take place in the Parc de Sa Gravera, focuses on independent and underground electronic music with a limited capacity format and, as its main attraction, free entry. The initiative aims to bridge the Balearic scene with some of the most prominent names in the British electronic circuit.
One of the festival's key elements is the collaboration with Aus Music, the label founded by DJ and producer Will Saul. For two decades, this record label has been responsible for launching artists such as Bicep, Joy Orbison, George FitzGerald, and Midland. The event in Capdepera marks the first time Aus Music has participated in co-producing a festival in the Balearics, reinforcing the international character of the proposal.
The international lineup will be headed by Will Saul himself, who, in addition to managing Aus Music, serves as A&R for the prestigious label !K7. He will be joined by Tee Mango, a regular producer for labels such as Aus Music, Kompakt, and Mule Musiq, and Pegasvs, founder of Burnin Music. Alongside them, the programme includes several artists from the Balearic scene: Vlaar, Sann Ku, Sill, and Aitor. This balance between local and international talent is, according to the organisers, one of the festival's hallmarks.
Beyond the concerts, N'Aguait Fest will offer a programme of activities focused on independent culture. Meetings on label creation and management, music production, and self-publishing are planned. A small fair of vinyl and independent labels will also be set up, featuring local and international projects. The gastronomic offering will be based on local products, with a focus on sustainability and a human-scale format that seeks proximity to the audience.
The festival's name comes from the Mallorcan term n'aguait, which refers to observation and attentive waiting. Under this philosophy, the event promotes musical discovery, artistic independence, and the creation of a meeting point for the alternative electronic scene in Mallorca. Free entry and limited capacity aim to facilitate access to a quality musical experience, away from large mass festivals.
