The Nits a la Fresca Andratx 2026 returns this summer with a programme that brings together major names in music and free performances in iconic spots around the municipality. From July 23 to August 27, Andratx, Port d'Andratx, and s'Arracó will host recitals of opera, jazz, Mediterranean music, rock, and original compositions.
Organised by the Ajuntament d'Andratx, the series has established itself as one of the essential cultural events of the summer in Mallorca. Most concerts are free, except for the inaugural performance by soprano Ainhoa Arteta, which will cost 35 euros.
A programme for all tastes
The series kicks off on July 23 with Ainhoa Arteta, accompanied on piano by Francesc Blanco. The soprano will present a recital that spans from verismo to art song. From 8:00 PM, there will be a wine service from Bodegues ION.
On August 6, the Ponent Big Band Jazz, directed by Josep Oliver Rubio, composed of musicians from Andratx, Calvià, and Palma, will perform with guest saxophonist Miki Ramon at the Terraza Barba Roja, with free entry.
On August 13, the Christa Elmer Trio will offer an intimate concert at Cala Fonoll (Port d'Andratx). The voice and harmonics of Christa Elmer, alongside Joan Palerm on guitar and Juan Cruz on drums, invite listeners to explore the sound of the sea.
On August 20, the group Avalanx will perform at the Far Petit of Port d'Andratx with a powerful rock live show. There will also be a craft market during the day.
The series concludes on August 27 at the Plaça de s'Arracó with SUASSI, presenting their album Gira-sols in a 360º format where the audience surrounds the musicians.
Unique outdoor venues
The Nits a la Fresca transform spaces such as the Terraza Barba Roja, Cala Fonoll, Far Petit, and Plaça de s'Arracó into outdoor stages. The Mediterranean setting and live music create an experience that attracts both locals and tourists.
For residents of Andratx and all of Mallorca, the series offers an opportunity to enjoy internationally renowned artists and local talent without the need to travel to large cities. Most concerts are free and do not require reservations.
Last year, the Nits a la Fresca attracted over 3,000 attendees in total, according to data from the Town Hall. This year, the expectation is to surpass that figure thanks to a varied lineup that combines opera, jazz, rock, and original music.
In short, the Nits a la Fresca Andratx 2026 once again establishes itself as one of the major cultural offerings of the Mallorcan summer, combining internationally acclaimed artists, local talent, and stunning venues.
