The A32 line of the Aerotib, which connects Can Picafort with the airport, will allow passengers to be picked up and dropped off between Alcúdia and Inca from this Wednesday, enhancing public transport offerings in a high-demand corridor.
The Govern, through the Mallorca Transport Consortium, has announced an improvement to the A32 line of the Aerotib, which will enable users to travel between Alcúdia and Inca starting this Wednesday. Until now, the service only picked up passengers in the bay of Alcúdia and in the municipality if their destination was the airport, but the modification expands mobility options for residents and workers in the area.
A Response to High Demand in the Corridor
The Ministry of Housing, Territory and Mobility has explained that this action aims to reinforce the 302 Can Picafort-Palma line, which connects Alcúdia with Inca and records high demand, especially among regular users. According to data from the Consortium, 77.5% of trips on the 302 line are made using the Single or Intermodal Card, while 20.8% use a bank card, reflecting a predominant use by residents.
The A32 line is the Aerotib service that connects Can Picafort, the entire Alcúdia bay corridor, the urban centre of Alcúdia, sa Pobla, and Inca with the airport. With the modification, buses will be able to transport passengers from the various stops in the Alcúdia corridor to Inca, increasing the public transport offer on this route.
Frequencies and Timetables
The service has an average frequency of every 50 minutes, with the first departure from Can Picafort at 03:50 and the last from the airport at 00:05. The schedules remain unchanged, but the new travel option between Alcúdia and Inca represents a time-saving for users who previously had to transfer or use their private car.
The Govern highlights that this measure improves connectivity in the north of the island, facilitating movement for those who work or live in the area and need to travel between these urban centres. The Ministry emphasises that the A32 line, being an express service to the airport, offers a fast and efficient alternative.

The incorporation of this intermediate stop in Inca is part of the strategy of the Transport Consortium to promote public transport as an alternative to private vehicles.
