The Pollença Town Hall has announced the procedure to grant street vendor licenses in the municipal markets of Pollença and Puerto de Pollença. Interested parties can submit their applications from the official publication date.

The Pollença Town Hall has initiated the process for granting street vendor licenses in the municipal markets of Pollença and Puerto de Pollença. The announcement, published in the official bulletin, sets out the requirements and deadlines for those wishing to engage in this activity in both locations.

Interested individuals can consult the complete guidelines on the electronic headquarters of the council and on the municipal notice board. The application submission period will be open for 20 working days following the announcement's publication in the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands (BOIB).

The processing will preferably be done electronically, although a physical option will also be available at the municipal registration offices. Each applicant must demonstrate compliance with the requirements set out in the regulatory ordinance, including registration in the corresponding economic activity and personal documentation.

According to municipal sources, the aim is to organise the offer of stalls and ensure equal opportunities in accessing public spaces designated for street trading. The markets of Pollença and Puerto de Pollença are a reference point for both residents and visitors, especially during the peak season.

Successful applicants will be required to pay the public space occupation fee set by the fiscal ordinance, the amount of which varies depending on the size and location of the stall. The validity of the licenses will be as established by the title itself, with the possibility of renewal if conditions are maintained.

The council reminds that street trading outside the authorized spaces is subject to sanctioning regime. For inquiries about the procedure, interested parties can contact the Citizen Attention Service or consult the practical guide available on the municipal website.
