Palma has prepared two public spaces to follow the match of the World Cup final between Spain and Argentina, which takes place this Sunday at 21:00. Son Fusteret and Son Moix will open from 18:00 with DJ and entertainment.
The City Council of Palma has organised two fan zones for fans to watch the World Cup final of 2026 between Spain and Argentina. The match is played this Sunday at 21:00 and the spaces set up in the Balearic capital are Son Fusteret, dedicated to supporters of the Spanish team, and Son Moix, for those of the albiceleste. Both venues will open their doors at 18:00 and will feature DJ and entertainment.
Giant screens across the island
Beyond Palma, numerous municipalities in Mallorca have joined the initiative with giant screens and parallel activities. In Alcúdia, the promenade of Pere Ventanyol will host the broadcast from 20:00, with performances by Red Bellies and Val9 at the start and end of the match. In Artà, the amphitheatre of na Batlessa will project the match at 21:00.
In Capdepera, the Cap Vermell square will be the meeting point from 20:00, with music from DJ Javi Yáñez. Santanyí has chosen the parking lot of the Centre Jove to set up its screen at 21:00. In Campos, the tennis courts of sa Ràpita will be transformed into an open-air cinema for the match.
In Calvià, the Son Caliu square will be the venue from 21:00. Sóller has opted for the Constitution square, where the broadcast will start at 20:00. Inca will do the same in the Spain square at 21:00.
Music and atmosphere in the villages of the Serra and the Pla
In Alaró, the Vila square will start at 20:00 with a performance by DJ Marieta. Sineu will project the match in the Church square at 21:00. Algaida has also confirmed its screen in sa plaça d'Algaida at the same time.
The festive atmosphere extends to the rest of the islands. In Menorca, Maó has prepared the Esplanada square from 19:30; Sant Lluís, the pla de sa Creu at 21:00; and Alior, the civic centre of Cala en Porter at 20:30. In Eivissa, the capital has divided its fan zones: the Antoni Albert i Nieto square for Spain and Calle Navarra for Argentina, both from 19:00. Santa Eulària joins in from 20:00 with DJ and children's activities in the Spain square, and Sant Antoni will project in the promenade of Ses Fonts at 21:00. In Formentera, the Constitution square of Sant Francesc will welcome fans from 21:00.
For those who prefer to watch the match from home, the broadcast will be handled by La 1 de TVE and the RTVE Play platform. Sunday is expected to be a night of high football tension, with Spain seeking its second world title after 2010 and Argentina defending the crown won in 2022.
