The first edition of Art Sóller26 takes place this Saturday, August 15, in various spaces of the Sóller square, featuring exhibitions, music, and performances.

The first edition of Art Sóller26 will transform the Sóller square this Saturday, August 15, into a grand artistic journey with the participation of 15 artists and creators. The works will be spread across several points in the centre for the public to discover as they stroll through the streets of the municipality.

The event will kick off at 7 PM in the Constitution square and will last until midnight. In addition to the exhibitions, there will be live music, performances, artistic installations, and concerts in spaces such as the Parish of Sant Bartomeu, the Cultural Centre, sa Lluna street, and Can Prunera.

The Councillor for Culture, Antònia Frau, explained that "we wanted this first edition to be much more than just an exhibition and for art to spill out onto the streets, allowing it to be experienced in an open and participatory way." An initiative that, according to Frau, will allow for "discovering Sóller from a different perspective."

The Sóller Town Hall has expressed gratitude for the involvement of the artists and the collaborating entities and spaces that have made this first edition possible. The initiative aims to establish itself as a cultural reference point in the municipality's summer calendar.

Entry is free and the programme is designed for all audiences, allowing locals and visitors to explore the various spaces at their own pace and enjoy an evening dedicated to art and culture in the heart of Sóller.
